So what do you need to take part?

• Whichever 'sports' clothing your gymnast finds comfortable to wear, to aid movement around the gym.  eg shorts /t-shirt / leggings / joggers / leotard
• No socks / shoes - our classes are carried out in bare feet
• A drink - to rehydrate and a small snack
• Lunch (if staying over the lunch period) 
• Lots of energy and ethusiasm
